I want to ask how can I remove the green portion from this image and only have the meshed fence?

Sir earlier I did not removed anything.
I just need to remove the green grass
Any plugin or tool which could solve this?

some times the selection process is the worse part of manipulating a photo .this is one of them

i definitely agree
but the work is there to be done.
