Hey, can anybody please tell me how or tell me where to get a toutorial or write one... On how to make the image on the front page ? you know the one on the right ? Cheers,

Left, right what's the difference. I don't know what images you're talking about then. Unless it's the little jewel button next to the new post area. Just use gradients to get that look.
