Teach me....

Hi! I'm new and I was wondering if anyone could teach me how to do the ring around the title (Phantasy Star Online) with 3 balls; the one on the picture. If theres anyway to do that, please teach me. I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks

I suggest reading the rings tutorial that Chris wrote for the planets tutorials he did. That would give you a good jump start.

Other than that use your elliptical marquee tool, make your ring shape, stroke it by about 2 or 3 pixels, then just make some spheres and place them as you wish. Looks like you may want to duplicate some of the images and blur them and change the color in order to give them a glow...
