Help with layers

I got PSCS3.
1. How can i save all my layers (200) as individual png files automatically?
They are already png files before i dragged them into individual layers.
2. I got about 20 Layers with same type of image (a circle) in the middle. How can i resize all the layers to the same size an still centered?

I've been trying to do this for 3 days. I'm going crazy here. Thank you.
