It is really very difficult to comprehend you ma'am. What exactly do you want to do with it? Please explain.
These are called Anime/Manga. I haven't been able to differentiate them from each other. That's why I have written both.
And I understand that you want to know how to create these. I guess, one should be knowing how to draw them.
