Creating this specific sketch effect

I was wondering how you create the sketch effect used on this site http://carsonified.com/team/ryan/

I would love to use it in my next project and was hoping you would know of an good tutorials that I could look at.

Hey Kyle. As a long-time cartoonist, I can say with a lot of confidence that what you posted is not any type of Ps effect and/or filter. That is a hand drawn caricature.

You maybe able to come close by using the brush tool, and tracing a photo.
