I cant Use Filter> Render> Lighting Effects |

Previously when i use it, it would have a window pop out for me to choose the options... but now i cant... :( I am using Windows XP and Photoshop CS2 anyone know the reason why? and what i can do to make the pop out window back so that i can make adjustments? thanks in advance! ;) |

"but now I can't", doesn't tell me much. You'll need to provide more information. What exactly is happening? Is the option greyed out?

nope, the option is not grey out, but it still can be clicked... and when i clicked there is minor changes to the picture but it the pop out window for me to change the light angle and stuffs like that... isnt there... previously i was using it a few time before it crashes the whole programme... after that, when i reopen it have this problem... it had a error log, which i closed it with really reading it and then... ya... *sheepish* |

Deleting the PS preference file has been known to cure strange behavior. I'd give it a try. The easiest way is to press Alt + Control + Shift while Photoshop loads.
