Photoshop CS3 Gif Helps

I recently started making gifs on PS and for some reason on the preview they look fantastic, but when I save, they're slow. I uploaded them to several image sites and they're still slow, for an example here;



..and prior that, it was normal speed and a HQ. I dont mind about the quality, more so the speed. I've changed it to two frames, and made it faster but it still comes out like that.

Any suggestions to fix this?

Odd. It looks ok to me. It seems if that GIF were any faster, it'd look all Keystone-Cop-like. I wonder if it's a setting on your browser rather than a Photoshop file problem (especially considering it looks good when you test it there)?
