how to make backgroung image full page? |

i created a jpg and i'm making it my background image in netscape for my web page...but it seems to tile the image if you use diffent resolution how can i make this image full screen on all resolutions? please thanks

in the same window that you set the wallpaper, there should be a drop down menu that says "Tile". Just change that to say "Stretch". But if you are talking about how to make it so all of the people downloading it can see it, you'll just have to make it in several different resolutions. start with at least 1024 x 768, and work your way down.

I don't think he's saying that's it's going to be a desktop wallpaper, I think he means thats it's going to be the background image for his web site.

sorry about that, misunderstood him. you can probably achieve that with Cascading stylesheets. Try this link http://hotwired.lycos.com/webmonkey/98/15/index3a_page5.html I've never had an application for that myself, so I don't really know right off the top of my head. |
