No Magic Wand Tool In Adobe CS 4 Trial Version

Hi All,

I am currently using Adobe CS4 trial version, and I have to complete one small project by the end of this weekend. For this project, I need to use the Magic Wand Tool which I cannot find in Adobe CS 4 trail version. :confused: Anyone has had similar experience? Please advise anything that can be done in this situation. Also, my refine edges tool seems not to be functioning properly. It does not save any changes to the object after clicking "OK". I have no idea what is going on.
I am pretty new to Adobe Photoshop. I am now relying mainly on the online tutorials, and there it says that it should save all the changes after clicking "OK".

Please help. Your advice will be greatly appreciated.

look at your tools click and hold, it is under the other wand
