http://www.dbzdivx.com/dasplash.jpg Visit that page, see the twirl, how did he make that blue and black, twirl with that sweet grid. Please explain how to... And if you have the time please visit the article Can anybody do this? and explain to me in clearer words what Mr. Bogus meant when he told me it was a grid and that you had to put it into the texturizer filter, I don't follow, please explain in depth, and THANK YOU ALL, |

Slippy. This is a question for one of the most very basic of photoshop techiniques. Post this sort of question to the New To Photoshop Help forum, because its not an advanced problem. This picture was achieved very simply by a creating a blue and black image, using an overlay blending mode on top of a picture of chrome. The chrome could be done from anything, such as the chrome filter in photoshop. The resulting blend was merged together and had the distort>twirl filter added to it to make it spin like that. Not hard to reproduce, but since you're posting in the advanced forum, you obviously know how to use photoshop to this ability, correct? The resulting twirl had a grid pattern overlayed on top of it. And some text with the outer-glow layer style on it was added on top. Don't tell me you can't do this simple stuff if you're posting in the advanced forum. |
