keyboard shortcut for color library or foreground color

Hello;

I am creating over 300 color swatches using a Pantone PMS system. I need to know a keyboard shortcut for the color library or foreground color, or a way to force photoshop to open the color library or foreground color when I create a new file.

Any ideas? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!

Sorry: Using a Mac, osX 10.5, Photoshop CS3

Well the "X" button changes your foreground/ background colors to default (B/W)
and the "D" key switches from foreground to background.

And in the "File" menu you can change and create new keyboard shortcuts
