not the background. I want to put just these lips onto a black box, but the bit around the lips keeps coming out white. I'm sure I've done this before, made the area around the lips transparent somehow, but for the life of me can't remember how I did it. http://i401.photobucket.com/albums/pp98/QueenBeesWax/Stuff/leopardlips1.jpg Thanks heaps QB |

Put the lips in your file and use the "multiply" blend mode in the layer pallet.

Or you can right-click on the eraser tool and select the magic eraser. (This makes any colour that you click on transparent). Just set the tolerance to around 10 or so and click on the white background. It should turn transparent for you right away. Then just crop it smaller and save it as a gif. Hope this helps. Any more questions or if it doesn't make sense then you can contact me here or through my blog here: http://photoshop-made-easy.blogspot.com/ Sam |
