Does anybody know how to make the scan lines in the pic below, but take not that it does always go in a scan line, some parts of it are missing to make it look tight. http://www.animelords.com/splash3.jpg |

That's not a scan-line effect over top of the picture. Its a very small grid pattern. You can achieve the effect by using the texturizer filter in PS and creating a small 3 pixel L shape. You just load up the texture you create into the texturizer filter and it will fill a layer with a grid pattern. Then you take that layer and use a layer blending (such as screen) mode to have it mix with the background images better. |

Mr. Bogus, than, um, could you possibly take a look at that splash page again and tell me as much as you can about each of the things they did on the splash, I know I'm asking to much, but I know it'll show me some cool techniques, if you can break it down, and just tell me how, and how did they get that nice lookin blue overlay.
