fisheye effect

ok im using this tutorial http://www.utipu.com/app/tip/id/561, and it worked great. my only problem is that the distort-spherize part is not working in the whole crop circle.. so its leaving a little bit undone? for example - right above the left eye(right looking at it) & the charm on the necklace.. its not fisheyed?

so now i think the problem is that it wasnt spherizing the marquee circle in the first place.. i did it without the circle and the same thing happened, the same amount. so how do i make sure that i get the whole circle spherized?

no, now i cropped the circle out before i spherized it but still in the same spot not happening..
