If you've found that image, surely you've found the tutorial.. That's a psuedo wireframe, if you want to make real wireframes, the only way is to render it from a 3D program. Can't help much, read the tutorial at Striding Studio |

I will add that the tutorial's final smooth looking wireframe pic was probably done using some stroked paths (a very simple procedure using the pen tool). Also, don't just use his version of a wireframe (that 4 sided polygon shape). You can use any line you want. Experiment with what you think looks best.
