the pank page logo tutorial

I have been trying to do the tutorial on the pank pages logo. I go into the kpt 5 shape shifter section and try to load their preset but when i load it it doesnt look anything like what the tutorial shows it just looks like a dim flattened sphere. Can anybody tell me what im doing wrong or how to fix it.

My guess would be you are using KPT 5.0 You need the 5.01 updated version...

It may require a fee to get the update i would go to corel.com and find out.
