Perpectives and Reflection

Like i have read the tutorial about perpective and reflection
on this sites

i dun get somepart

The part i dun get is

like i use the text tool to write any words
then use the rectangle marquee tool to draw a box about the text

after that
i right click
Layer via copy

then i went to Flip Vertical
but it keep on flipping the copy of the text
and the text and the background

but i only want the[ B]copy of the text [/B] to be flip

Are the layers linked when you do this?

what u mean by the layer is link???

first i make a BG=Layer1
Text=Layer2
Copy Of Text=layer3

Okie i did press on the eye of layer 2
so i can't see the text for layer 2

then i try to flip the layer 3 vertical

but it still flip layer2,and layer3
but i only want layer 3 to be flip

Hm, since you seem to not realize some of the basic things about photoshop i think its time you got used ot searching the HELP FILES.

So...what. Basically the price for knowledge is too high for you and you can't take a lil time and take care of your ignorance of the program?

it is not the money. I dun care about the money
i think this software is kewl.
but i it is just to hard

it is just i am to dumb to learn this

i bought whole bunch of software
and i dun know how to use none of them
