Hi All.

This is a newbie question for most of you, but it needs to be asked.

I've searched on your forums and couldn't find anything specific to the subject.

I've created a brushed metal texture that I've saved as a Grayscale .Psd file. Whenever I try to apply it to an object, it does not show up. What am I doing wrong ????

Is there more than one way to create textures and apply them ???

I've run searches on Google and Altavista, but I can't find anything that tells you on how to actually save the textures within the system for later usage.

Please help as I'm starting to lose it.

Regards,
B.

Create your brush shape/texture

> EDIT >DEFINE BRUSH
Name it, and then it will be available in the "brushes" pallet

DO the same with pattern/texture fills

> EDIT >DEFINE PATTERN
