You should see an optometrist right away, and he will probably give you some eye drops. Don't go to school or work or it will spread to other people.

or zoom to 1600% and then apply Filter > Noise > Dust&Schratches after u ahve selected the eye portion

or enter in quick mask mode, slecet the portion u want and then Image >Adjust>Hue/saturation
