you got it wrong. when you go to open a file in photoshop you find the folder then the file right, Next you single click the file and you see a little preview of the file. That preview is no more' Eli |

Another graphics program is set up to display that file type then. (I believe). I had some troubles with windows media player and Quicktime in the past that did this. Open up an explorer window, then View menu, then Folder options and see what programs are set to open that file type. |

Ok, I see. I really hate to keep giving you questions as my reply, but: Does it not preview -ANY- type files? if that is the case....you should just find your photoshop "prefs" files and delete it. (photoshop will create another one at its next start-up) Is it happening on files you have saved from photoshop? If so make sure in the save dialog you have it set to create a thumnail preview. THat said.... some files don't save thumnail preview information. |
