help with snow

I want to know how to make a effect like snow in Photoshop.

Very simple.

Make a new layer

Fill a circular selection with white

Use the gaussian blur filter

And you have a snowflake which should mimick what I see on that website.


OR

Make a new layer

Use the paintbrush and make several white dots on the screen

Use the gausisian blur filter.

or a simpler method..
1) make a new layer..
2) select the brush with the effect(below the normal brushes)
3) just create ur snow

very simple..I use Airbrush.......and layer style

nice job there... i just wished it'd snow here in singapore(asia)

its always too hot
