Hello! I sometimes come across websites that make me go "WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO"!! For example, check out: THIS SITE! . It would be really intresting if someone could figure out how he did that ( the ..... thing...to the left). Also, the "rope" looking thing on the Themephotoshop mainsite (to the left). Can someone explain please? |

Step one: Open Photoshop Step two: Use it a lot for a long time (ie. Way more than a week) Step Three: You should come up with something reasonably good that DOESN'T look like the sites that make you go "wow" because you want your work to be original. Right? And that's it! Really though. There are no "secrets", everything is right there for you. You just have to know how to put it all together. There's no easy way. Start simple, do tutorials. Try and reproduce techniques you like without looking for a tutorial. It'll come in time. |

Things are not that complicated as you think they are . Just patience and dedication . Try some photoshop books to get an idea , practice alot , and dont forget to let your thought be expressed on the canvas . Im myself worked with photoshop for almost 2 years , read quite a few books . The most interesting thing that I discovered is that after all this time I have spent with graphics Im using MINIMUM effects , no tutorials . I tryed to make it easy , and follow the tutorials , but then all my graphics looked like it was ripped from others . You have to develop your own style right from the beginning , use tutorials only in those cases when you just HAVE to know how its done , but not how to DO it over and over again. |

if you are talking about the orange tube to the left of teamphotoshop.com, I already made a tutorial on how to do those tubes. But my stupid host, fateback, deleted my account for inactiveness. I'll get a new account up and reupload the tutorial

the endokulture pic your talking about looks like a buncha layers of 3d shapes , maybe some stuff drawn in PS or photos, and layer modes. Looks like dodge was used a few times. Who knows.... what everyone else said is right. tutorials just get you used to PS early, then takin it to your own style and with experience you'l get better |
