red, green eye fix...

Here is a link of my pic I want to rid of the green eye. I'd like the eyes to not have any white or green in them rather looking natural.

Finally I'd like change the color of the black patches on the dog in this particular image. I know its complicated but please help.

I'd just make a selection around the eyes and change the hue/saturation. As for the patches, I'd search for "using selections with photoshop" or something to that effect. I know I saw a good one that showed you how to go around every hair (quite easily and quickly) on a womans hair flying in the wind to isolate the background. Something like that would help you. I just can't remember how it went. Sorry
