Hahaha. Have fun. Click on each layer .. then click on the type tool .. drag the type cursor over the text to highlight it .. then change whatever aspect you want. I believe you have to do that for each layer. [edit] Although I think it depends what version of PS you run. If I remember right v5.0 utilizes the text differently than v6.0. |

I've never automated anything in PS, but could you not use the automate feature? You know. Record the action or whatever, then have it do all the work.

double click the "T" icon on each text layer is the quickest way to select all the text on a layer for me. I don't think Photoshop will give you the option to replace if a font is missing but you could try...... Take the font you did use in the .psd out of your font folder. Then open the .psd ..... Photoshop will prompt you that the font is missing. I haven't opened a document with a missing font in version 6 so I don't know if font replacement is an option. I know version 4 would not give you the option to replace. Maybe 6 will. I'm assuming you are using version 6 |

GOOD NEWS - THERE IS A QUICKER WAY !!! First link all the layers you want to change ... Open the character palette - now if memory serves me right if you highlight one of the layers you want to change ( you dont need to actually select the text) - hold down the shift key- while selecting your new font in the Character palette, all the layers will change to the new font! This also goes for any other attribute you want to change like text color or size etc. |
