resterizig problem.. please help!!

Hi

when I import an ai file in photoshop or even paste some black
shapes in a new layer.. I cant resterize that layer
please any suggestion?

Wouldn't they already be rasterized? I don't know about importing .ai files, but when copy pasting shapes it's also rasterized in the first place. Perhaps someone else can answer your question in more detail... But that's all I know.

As far as I know. AI files get rasterized if you use the "place" command to import one into a photoshop document.

Ok, I don't know if we are understanding the problem...

Are you saying the imported .ai graphic has an "x box" on it like when "transforming"?, and Photoshop wont let you do anything?

If so:

just hit "enter" on your keyboard.
