Fire Light

Can anybody tell me how they made the light that looks like fire and how they made it like come out at you.
In more simple words. How did they make the fire look like it's coming at you in those rays and how did they make the fire light. Please shwo me in tutorial steps instead of just sayin stuff you know won't help. I'd like also say thank you to Deker, and about two other members of this forum fro actually helping. Thanks

Basically you just need to make some splotches of red, and then put some splotches of orange inside of them, then use the Radial Blur filter and set it to zoom.
