Do i just suck or what?

Im trying to make a basic interface i made it look similar to eye-ball design's just to see if i could do it....... and what i have just SUCKS to me....

any suggestions?

hmm, i think you really need to ask someone or look up a search engine to find a tutorial on interfaces or something. It's take way to long to explain, and i'm tired! Hey, do any of you guys know a site that does interface tutorials so this guy can make his look better???? C'mon, help the guy!

That's something I want to know too. Never found out how to create a smooth, cleen metallic lichtning effect .... it has to do with color tones ?
