Please help me - I have Adobe Photoshop 5.0 and I would like to make a professional looking divider bar. I don't want it thick, and it would be nice to have it taper at the end. Please let me know if you have a site I could go to, or if you could tell me. Thanks!!!

Sorry hncwalker. Your message is utterly confusing. I "could" potentially help, but I'm not sure what you are wanting.

If you can't put it into better words, perhaps think of posting a link to a website or a graphic that details what you are wanting to do.

What I am looking for is how to make a bar dividing things. I don't want to use the border around my table, I would like to use a divider line that I make - something like this:

infoinfoinfoinfo ---------------
infoinfoinfoinfo | picture |
infoinfoinfoinfo ---------------

---------------------------------divider line----------------------------

Does that make sense? Thanks!

You can make something as simple as a 1pixel by 1pixel color image in photoshop and then place it in html with size tags makeing is 500 pixels by 2 pixels to make a divider line.

<---1 x 1 image
produces this:

Or you said you have photoshop.... launch it hit CRT+N put in the size 15 pixels height 300 pixels width (or however wide you want) do what ever you want on that new image save it as a .jpg (or .gif) and call it a "divider".

What you are asking for take very little time or effort to do... and it will get you started in the right direction to be makeing FAR bigger things that a divider bar.
