Can This be made in Photoshop

Im pretty new to photoshop, been working with CS2 for about 6 months now doing usually pretty easy stuff for business cards, postcards, and fliers like making simple logos, recoloring logos, Editing fonts and what not. Everything I know is from playing around on my own and searching the web for help when I get stuck.

Anyways a customer wants me to recreate his business card and he has this image on there.



How would I go about recreating this image? Is there another program that this would be easier in?

What u Exactly want to do with this image?

Im recreating a business card for a customer he supplied us with one of his business cards but it was worn out and faded, so the quality is super low. The image is of the logo he has on his card, the only way to make it look nice is to recreate the image, apparently he wants it to look exactly the same so I can't just make him a new business card.
