Help installing new fonts

I'm using Windows XP and Photoshop 7 and I'm having some font trouble. I have installed about 200 new True Type fonts and they are indeed working in MS Word (after I installed them in the windows/fonts directory). They are NOT however, showing up in Photoshop. I have even closed and restarted PS. Any other suggestions?
If I am trying to do too many at one time, how do I try less at a time? ...just delete a few of the already installed fonts?

Sounds odd ... Maybe try rebooting your PC?
