7200rpm and 5400rpm for CS3 |

Hi a newbie query here, how much will a 5400rpm hard drive speed effect CS3, where it recommends 7200rpm?, any answers or advice would be kindly appreciated

I don't think it will matter too much... More important I think will be the other compents in your system ... How much ram ... Processor and graphics card ...

hi, my thoughts.... if your going to upgrade.... 7200 rpm drive would results in things being faster....!! and along with this.. i would suggest a sata2 drive... there faster than your standard pata drives!! now it would be best if you had provided some background info... why you need the info... what is your current system configuration specifications ie: cpu speed, how much ram,.... that very important.... that even more important thant the hard drive speed.... for if the system doesn't meet the system requirements of the cs3 your going to be disappointed.. |

yeah gud point jerry. I'm lookin at purchasing a new laptop, all specs match up sweet except the few laptops I've looked at have 5400rpm drives, (CS3 recommends 7200rpm) and I was wondering how much the slow drive will effect the programmes. |
