What is this strange text box in Photoshop CS2?

Every now and then, Photoshop will not allow me to use any hotkeys, and instead, when pressing a key on the keyboard, will bring up this weird text box. I had to use my cameraphone to take a snapshot of it as the Windows printscreen keypresses are consumed by the box when it is displaying:

Any thoughts as to what that box it?

I've never seen anything like this in any version of Photoshop.

I suspect it may be caused by a virus intercepting your keystrokes.

Maybe you need to run a complete scan of your system.
