OK, I want to make a slice which will display my image, just like a normal slice, but which will allow me to put text over that slice. For example, if I could get it to make a table slice, which would use the image as a background and allow me to fill the table with text, that would satisfy my need. I just need to be able to type text over the available image. I could do this in HTML, of course, but that disallows me to go back and edit the page in photoshop again, without losing all the table modifications. So is there a way to do this? I've been using photoshop forever, but I'm not all that familiar with imageready. So maybe this is a simple solution, but I don't know it. I couldn't seem to find anything in the help files. Thank you so very very very much!!! Mika |

Hi Mika, - In the "Save for Web" dialog, go to flyout menu and choose "Edit Output Settings" - In the "Output Settings" dialog, select "Settings: Background Image" |

I've tried this, and it doesn't seem to make any difference in the final HTML output.
