Color quality drops when saving to gif or png

Hey guys, I have this really big problem. I'm a web-designer and I do my comps in photoshop. However, whenever I save an image to gif or png the images appear washed out, like some of the color quality was lost.

I know it has something to do with my color profiles, but I can't figure it out.

Anyone experienced this before or has any advice?
