iam new what do i do?

hey everyone my name is kristi iam new to the site how do i download my pictures to eadit them how does this site work?

I'm pretty sure this is mostly a discussion and help site, with tutorials. I don't imagine you upload pictures directly to the site; for that you have to have the appropriate editing software (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.). To get pictures, either take your own and put them on your computer, find some with google image search, or try a stock photography website like istockphoto.com or getty images.
