can anyone get me a tut for random textures like the images in this thread? http://www.teamphotoshop.com/forum/vbforum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=2642 i think it would be real cool |

To me, those images don't appear to have random textures. It appears that each of those lines where placed in by hand (manually, that is), and then colored with various coloring techniques.-although I could be wrong. Try making sparatic lines, geometric shapes, etc, then take some grungy brushheads and use them in the eraser. Erase random parts of the image (with varying levels of eraser opacity). Also, use several stock images cropped in seemingly random ways, vary the opacity of the level, and apply your "texture" (from above) to the top of the image layers (or however you want to do it).
