Need help with a font effect...

How can I duplicate this font effect? I want to make it look "scratchy" like this...

I may not be a photoshop genius, but for the letters in Scream, besides the 4 obviously, it should be as simple as just finding the right pattern overlay.
Add the letters to a selection, and make them their own layer.
Click twice on the layer, not the name, and find pattern overlay.
Again, hopefully you have/find the right pattern or texture.
