hi i have a picture of my girfriend that i want to put into a heart frame i got off google can anyone please tell me how i can do this useing photoshop thank you

what exactly is it you want to do in photoshop?
do you want to just make it the right size for the frame?
or do you want to actually make the photo itself a heart shape?
if you just want to resize it, go to image>image size, and change the size to what you want (control+alt+i)
