Simple animation: Turning an image with 3 layers into a simple animation

I only just got photoshop yesterday and I barely know a thing but I have got an image with 3 layers and I want to make it into a simple animation, displaying each layer in turn. Is their a way to do this.

Hello,
- Show the Animation palette (Window > Animation). The first layer is already there.
- In the Layers palette, show the first layer and hide the 2 others (click their "eye" pic)
- In the Animation palette, create new frame (click "new" button)
- In the Layers palette, hide the first layer and show the second one
- Create the third frame and show the third layer

- In the animation palette, set delay time for each frame (pull tiny arrow next to "0")
