Photoshop CS2 + description of photos

hi there,

is there any way (via scripting) how to add some comment to each photo i have under folder ? my idea is to have one file (photo_name,photo_comment) and read entry by entry from the file and put the text via text tool to photo. is there file-reading support under CS2 ?

or if someone has another idea how to quick add comment (i mean no EXIF) to over 500 photos ?

I am a novice
I am curious what your solution is.... I didn't quite understand your issue
and I was thinking that all you wanted t do is put a caption on the picture... and I use a seperate program to that , what it does is lengthen the higth of the canvas and add the text to the bottom .. does this with just click of a button

same thing can be done with photoshop but that can be a little tedius depending on if the text is constantly changing or something else
