Aligning an object or text on a page |

Hi! Is there a way to align text or an object on a page? I have done this using the guides, but there has to be an easier way! I'm looking for vertical and horizontal alignment. Any help would be much appreciated!

Hello, - Make sure your text layer is selected - Press [Ctrl+A] to select all - Pull down "Layer > Align Layer to Selection > Vertical Centers" (Bottom Edges, or smth.) |
