fastest way to clear the background on this girl

Hi i try to find the fastest way to take of the grey blackground on this model but i am not sure. Like you can see it was easy to do with the Background eraser tool with the model's skin but it doesn't seem to work with the black on grey...

I would use that magic wand select tool... It looks like a stick with a star on the end of it. Set the 'tolerance' low to about 4 or 5 and start selecting the grey areas and cut CTRL+X to cut them out.
