This may be a stupid question, I have no idea. Is there any way to set layer options for a layer and not have it set the same layer effects for the layers below it? Does photoshop always do this? Is there a way to get around this? Using cs2 btw. Thanks ahead of time for any help. |

Hi Derba, Yes you can add a layer effect or choose a blending mode for a single layer. Or have you meant something else? |

Hi Debra, This is usually caused by layer effects which leave shadows. If you don't want it to apply to all layers below, uncheck the "Use Global Light" option. Hope this helps. |
