Saving screen gone wrong.

Can anyone help me figure out how to change....

this back to the original saving screen. I don't know how it got like this but I MUCH better prefer the orginal saving screen function.

hey, if you click on what I think says 'use OS dialog' in the bottom left hand corner, that should change it back

Thank you SO much you have no idea how much that was driving me crazy. Of course now I feel stupid because it was right there in front of me but still THANK YOU!

haha, no worries, I remember getting that ages ago and thinking ahhhh what is this?? and then clicked on that box and hoped for the best trial and error is the way!
