Color, Swatches, Hex Codes

I need help in, I guess converting hexadecimal colors codes in Photoshop, I want to use the same color as something I found in the web.

Such as this: #335577 I would like to use this shade of blue in photoshop, how would I go about doing that?

Not sure exactly what you're asking, but if you just want to use a colour's Hex number, open the colour picker in Photoshop and type in the Hex number you want to use.

If you want to find out the hex number of a colour you have seen on the web, you need to have a copy of the image open in Photoshop. You then open the colour picker and click on the colour you want to use and that colour will be set in Photoshop.
