Help with a picture

Hey guys, could someone please help me make a banner for a new website I have started?
I would like the big text to say: Host Open
And the slogan to say: The truth

Here is a psd file which fits the forum skin I am using:

Maybe you could make an internet related effect somewhere, such as fiberoptic cables? The forum is going to be a webhosting forum, so something related to that would be great.
