Where can i find the dopest and freshest Brushes for photoshop

also where can i get the particular brush

That, is a custom-made shpae, or logo. By using the path tool, or rectangle selection tool, filling with different colors, and lowering the opacity of each one. that's how that shape/logo was made. But I recommend if you want to make htat by doing a different version of patterns and colors and opacities.
