Does anyone know if there is a Photoshop or Illustrator action or plug-in we can purchase that can create the reflection shades underneath the images that are cropping up online. Examples would be here: http://www.fluxiom.com/ The fluxiom logo has the shade underneath it. http://www.apple.com/iphone/ If you look at the AT&T logo on the left hand side, it has the reflected shade underneath it. Thanks, Chris |

http://kyscorp.com/blog/2007/01/17/photoshop-simple-reflection-tutorial/ There is a very nice tutorial to help you do what you want! The style of reflections has come to be something pretty common in Web 2.0, that is why you are seeing more and more images like that cropping up online. Hope that helps, if you have any problems completing it just post here and I would love to be of assistance! |

Thank you. That was very helpful. Do you know if this can also be done in Adobe's Illustrator? Best, Chris |

Ya, I made a tut on how to do this on Gimp, but I assume you don't need that and I also moved onto PS. It's not really how you explained it. Its more like a glass reflection. But its still interesting, right? (I thought it was pretty obvious to do, sorry)
