how can you make scan line images? like a regular picture, then convey a blur-scan-line effect. i'm sure you've seen it... a little hard to explain. i'll try again: ok the picture of like a building, and then there are very minute scan lines going across the pic to make it look like it's on an etch a sketch. i hope that helps. k...thanx |

you can do it that way (which i might add is too god-damn confusing!!) or u can do this: - new image (2x10 pixels), transparent - with pencil/pen tool, draw a 1 pixel line all across the top (one end to the other) - select all, edit >> define pattern - go into pic u want scanned - create new layer, select - edit >> fill >> pattern u can play around with the first two to create different patterns...be original... |
